WORK WITH ME:

Yoga and Embodiment Coaching

Movement relates not only to your physicality but to your energy system.

My work is based on an understanding of the ways we can move our energies through the physical body.

In the technique, we have access to the mechanics of the body.

In the dynamic qualities inherent in living in physical form, we can discover the true expression of who we are as living beings.

When you work with me you will discover through exploration and inquiry:

  • What moves you

  • Why a consistent movement practice is self supportive

  • When movement is crucial to healing and inner knowing

  • How to move in ways that bring pleasure and joy

We will explore together.

What is Embodied Coaching?

It’s a method in which I facilitate your own ability to read your body’s signals and energy. It’s a way of working, through movement, to center, re-balance and facilitate flow within. It’s a joyful practice that yokes mind, body and energy.

You’ll have fun getting strong, supple and centered and feel more of YOU in your body.

We work with the mapping of yoga asana, the system of the chakras and the magical and mystical of oracle cards designed to guide your practice.

Why Embodied Coaching?

Because stress doesn’t only live in your head, it lives in your tissues. The techniques I have developed over many decades through study and personal practice can give you the tools you need to feel better in your body, and ultimately, your life.

I work with you and for you, to help you have a fully embodied experience. Always with an intention to connect and integrate, the work is about feeling YOU, in your body.

Through an extensive and varied approach to movement (and a lifetime of exploration), I am able to hold space for you to deepen your understanding of your relationship to your body. Some of the benefits you may notice: better sleep, less anxiety, better sex, a heightened awareness of your own needs and getting them met, a newfound inner strength that extends beyond your musculature. You might notice you even feel more creative.

These sessions have left people feeling more integrated, more centered, calm and focused. Some clients say they lose weight, feel more confident and connected to their bodies and overall, experience more JOY.

Laughter and spirituality abound!

“If you enjoy flexibility in your yoga practice (pun intended), and need to let your inner goddess/god loose, then Beth is the perfect yoga teacher for you! Beth can certainly offer traditional asanas and flows but personally I have come to love the “yoga dance” touch to her classes, freeing any inhibitions and tensions the body may be holding onto. I have been practicing with Beth for a couple of years now and can honestly say that no two classes are the same; love the diversity and new challenges & experiences! Beth is very in tune with her students and is sure to notice if you are straining and able to provide you with instant modifications.”

Thank goodness I said “yes.”

“Beth is an amazing and inspirational teacher. Exercise has always been a 4-letter word for me and showing up was usually a feat.  That’s not the case here. I look forward to Beth’s classes whether they are virtual or in person. She teaches the best mix of yoga, movement, dance, and traditional exercise. She focuses on health, both physical and mental. She can read a room and deliver what the class needs. She gives clear cues and picks great music. She can laugh at herself and with the class. I have no idea where I would be without her class. I’m here to stay!”
