Class Offerings
In my classes, I hold the space for you to safely explore and deepen your relationship to yourself through embodiment practices, some formal, like yoga, and others, more freeform and improvisational. I always include some sort of functional movement that supports posture and alignment as well.
Private sessions
Enjoy a private session tailored to your needs. Gentle, vigorous, meditative movement and energy explorations as well as guidance in Intuitive Movement.
Semi-private
Offering a small group experience in which we’ll move and meditate together. I hold the space for sharing, inspiration and strengthening your sense of connectivity.
Retreats
A gift you give yourself. Offered by request, I can design a retreat experience that meets your needs. You’ll get two classes per day, special courses and healing experiences that will help you feel renewed and ready to be more fully present in your life. Half, full day and multi day experiences available.
Kids and Family Yoga
A great way to bring friends together or have a family experience that is playful, fun and one that will create memories together. Put together a class and we will move and giggle together!
